Professor Wan received his Ph.D. degree from the department of Computer Science & Engineering, Pennsylvania State University (USA) in 2000. Currently, He is a professor of the department of Information Management of Chang Gung University in Taiwan. His major research interests are medical image, pattern recognition, 3D modeling, and multiple criteria decision making related topics.
